Directions
From Mass Pike: Exit 3 to Westfield. Bear right off the exit to the center of Westfield. At the rotary bear right. Follow Routes 10-202 south. Go over the Little River bridge, Puffer's is on your left.
From Connecticut: Follow Routes 10-202 north. Puffer's is on the right hand side as you come down the hill into the city of Westfield.
From East or West: Follow Route 20 to the center of the city. At the rotary bear right and follow Routes 10-202 south. Go over the Little River bridge. Puffer's is on your left.

Our staff of spa consultants, skin care specialists, and body experts work with you to make your spa experience enjoyable. If you have special physical circumstances that require our attention (such as a heart condition, pregnancy, or nursing mother), be certain to tell our spa consultants.
Reservations
For your convenience and best selection, please reserve all salon and spa services in advance. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we do ask that you give our staff 24 hours notice to cancel regular services and 48 hours notice to cancel spa packages. If we do not receive sufficient notice of your cancellation, a charge may be necessary.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your spa service. For all late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining time frame.
Our business is your pleasure
For the atmosphere of relaxation to exist in the salon and spa, please have your children remain on the main level of the salon and be sure to provide supervision for them. Also, please turn off all cellphones and pagers.
Your technician may end the service at any time as a result of a client's use of inappropriate language or inappropriate actions.
We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
