New Aveda Products!
This fall, our team of stylists attended Aveda Congress, a conference held in Minneapoils, Minnesota for Aveda professionals. They each attended various advanced workshops with top artists from Canada, Europe, and the United States. They got a sneak peak at products due in our salon early 2012. Look for Stress-Fix body lotion, Color Conserve Daily Color Protect and Invati, a new line of shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair.

Puffer Points will begin again starting on the first of the New Year (2012) and continue to accumulate until December 31, 2012. For all of the points earned during the 2011 year, you will have until March 31st to use them before they expire!

What are Puffer Points?
Puffer Points is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty to our Salon & Spa.

How do I earn points?

• Referring a Client. Tell your friends, co-workers, or neighbors about the great service you had and we'll reward you if they come in to experience a service. Make sure they mention your name when reserving the appointment.
• Pre-booking. Set up your future appointments at check out and you'll earn points when you come in for that scheduled appointment. Our point system is transaction based, meaning they will only show up in your profile during the check out process.
  
• Friend us on Facebook. Look for Puffer's Salon & Day Spa and become a fan to earn extra points. Let us know you are new by posting on our wall! 

What are the points worth?

• 1,000 points = $1.00
• 10,000 points for referring a client
• 5,000 points for being a facebook member
• 1,000 points for prebooking

What can the points be redeemed for?
Accumulated points can be redeemed for any spa or salon service. Points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards or products. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Please note:
Points cannot be shared or distributed. Points expire at the end of each calendar year. No rewards for no-show or cancellations. You will lose your pre-booking points if you cancel a service and do not reschedule within the same phone call.
