Covid Guidelines

We are currently open for all services.  We ask that our guests use their own discretion with regards to masking.  Your comfort and safety are our utmost concern.  If you would prefer that your service provider mask for the duration of your service, please let our salon coordinators know when reserving your visit and we will gladly accommodate.  If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at pufferdayspa@gmail.com.  Thank you.

Special Needs

Our staff of spa consultants, skin care specialists, and body experts work with you to make your spa experience enjoyable. If you have special physical circumstances that require our attention (such as a heart condition, pregnancy, or nursing mother), be certain to tell our spa consultants.

Reservations

For your convenience and best selection, please reserve all salon and spa services in advance. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we do ask that you give our staff 24 hours notice to cancel regular services and 48 hours notice to cancel spa packages. If we do not receive sufficient notice of your cancellation, a charge may be necessary.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your spa service. For all late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining time frame.

We are pleased to offer a 10% military discount to all military members.  Please provide valid military/veteran ID when checking-out at the front desk to receive your discount.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in-salon or on-line via the e-gift portal.  Gift Certificates are redeemable in-salon towards services and products only.  Puffer's Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for the value of the gift card if it becomes lost, stolen, damaged, or for unauthorized used.  

Our Business is Your Pleasure

For the atmosphere of relaxation to exist in the salon and spa, please have your children remain on the main level of the salon and be sure to provide supervision for them. Also, please turn off all cellphones and pagers.

Your technician may end the service at any time as a result of a client's use of inappropriate language or inappropriate actions.

We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

If you have any suggestions to help us do our job better, please let us know. Your opinions are always welcome. If you have enjoyed your services, you are most welcome to leave gratuities.  Gratuities are cash or check only.  There is an ATM on the first floor of the salon for your convenience.
