Covid Guidelines

We are currently open for all services with the exception of body treatments requiring the steam shower.  If we can assist you with making any reservations, please feel free to call the front desk at (413)568-9000.

While at Puffer's we do ask that our guests adhere to the following guidance for the health and safety of everyone.

  • Masks are required for both guests and staff while in salon.
  • Sanitize hands immediately upon entering the salon.
  • Refrain from bringing additional people to your visit with you.
  • We will be checking temperatures prior to receiving any services.
  • Guests are asked to wait outside after checking in with us.  We will call you in when your service provider is ready.

We continue to follow a rigorous sanitation procedure in the spa and the salon as recommended by the CDC.  All staff members are outfitted in proper PPE as recommended and we monitor the temperatures of all staff members before they begin their work day.  If you have any question regarding our sanitation and disinfecting procedures, please feel free to send us an e-mail.

Special Needs

Our staff of spa consultants, skin care specialists, and body experts work with you to make your spa experience enjoyable. If you have special physical circumstances that require our attention (such as a heart condition, pregnancy, or nursing mother), be certain to tell our spa consultants.


For your convenience and best selection, please reserve all salon and spa services in advance. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we do ask that you give our staff 24 hours notice to cancel regular services and 48 hours notice to cancel spa packages. If we do not receive sufficient notice of your cancellation, a charge may be necessary.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your spa service. For all late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining time frame.

Our Business is Your Pleasure

For the atmosphere of relaxation to exist in the salon and spa, please have your children remain on the main level of the salon and be sure to provide supervision for them. Also, please turn off all cellphones and pagers.

Your technician may end the service at any time as a result of a client's use of inappropriate language or inappropriate actions.

We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
